Originally a DeKalb Video Productions project, 815Cinema will continue this project.
DeKalb Video Productions Archive
DeKalb Video Productions is the precursor to 815Cinema. Established in 1991, DVP produced industrial and promotional
videos for dozens of companies in the Northern Illinois region, including hundreds of cable commercials.
Upon his retirement in 2023, James Barker, owner of DVP, has transitioned to non-profit community
filmmaking and has dedicated the substantial assets of DVP to this endeavor.
